Vehicle and sales are fine. Service center is a customer service nightmare. Service center used to be great, but has gone downhill rapidly over the past year. I tried to schedule a service appointment last week. First, the online scheduler did not work and the online chat was a chat bot who sent your email to sales (I'm STILL getting sales emails from that... even after talking to the sales person.) Absolutely terrible customer service!! Discussed final pricing, trade-in amount, pre-approval, etc. Called and told them we were 1:00 away and hour away. Left Baton Rouge headed to the dealership and got halfway there and they called and sold it. Cas (Kaz), Haley, etc are all terrible. Compared the sale to buying a roll of toilet paper in Walmart.

I still recommend All Star Hyundai overall. Have used them since buying my car from them in 2012. Not sure what has happened this summer to have them not call me when part came in and then not respond at all when I sent message thru the website. Have been very frustrated by time frame of 5-6 weeks to order, receive and then install taillight assembly. But, at this point, am still thinking this is an aberration and not the norm here.

I live in New Orleans, so before I drove 1.5 hrs to see the car with him I asked him to call and make sure the car was there. He did and they told him it was.
