Failed HMA promotion of FREE $50 Gift card I made an appointment and went to the dealership to have a test drive last Saturday, but I couldn’t get a service after waiting for almost an hour. I don’t know the exact reason why, but I clearly noticed that I was not given any priority based neither on the “appointment” nor the first-come-first-serve basis. Ignore the pretty tire sidewalls on used cars Bought a 2018 Hyundai Elantra with 32000 miles. Brought tires to attention at time of purchase, and was told to bring to the attention of amservice manager when returning for first oil change. Service.manager told me I was concerned over nothing, the tires were fine. 2 weeks later, sidewall of passenger front blows due to excessive dry rot.. spent $124 to replace at Ross tire in Central. Horrible Horrible Dealership If you want good service from management down, do not buy a vehicle from here. This was the worst experience I ever had purchasing a new vehicle. Too many reasons to explain how bad this place is.... The manager is horrible, after I bought my vehicle and had a blown engine 3 weeks later, no one cared and no one would return my calls. Bad CR and followup Purchased used car w/ applied dealer warranty. Had to spent more than $1k before my 1st note. They were suppose to reimburse me, but has failed to do so. 100 plus inspection is a joke. They put me & my son at risk in an unsafe vehicle. I trusted their shop but 2nd opinions showed otherwise. CHECK before you sign, their cooperation is over afterwards.

New Purchase All Star Hyundai of Baton Rouge is a top notch dealership. I had a great experience with the purchase of a 2018 Hyundai Ionic Limited hybrid. I first went to the website and inquired about the Ionic via a link. I was contacted promptly by email. My other car was totaled so I needed another car Rodney Herbert was excellent and finding me a car plus it didn’t take long @ all this is my third car from him I would recommend anyone 2 get a car from him
