All day, never touched my car. had an appt, drop car off the night before; no one called me all day. I tried calling them; they were too busy to answer and never called back. 15 minutes before closing I finally get through and told no one was able to look at my car.

I highly recommend going to see Rodney at Allstar Hyundai. He is hands down the best sales associate we’ve had at any dealership. We purchased a new vehicle this year but didn’t get a chance to work with him and ended up having a very bad experience. I saw the car on website and checked off that I was interested. Received email with personal contact of sales manager. He answered and was not physically at the business so he had Robert call me immediately. This all happened very fast. Robert showed me the car within the hour and rode with me to show it to our son. We finalized the deal the next business day. Seamless process. Awesome experience. Great Vehicle! Professional Service!

All Star Hyundai of Baton Rouge has the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I dropped my car off at 2:30. An associate told me they would contact me when my car is ready. Why I passed by the dealership and they were CLOSED? No one called me to inform me on ANYTHING regarding my vehicle. Nearly got in a bad accident due to bad repair I am livid. Today I was almost involved in a serious car accident because of the shoddy work done by their service department. Here is my entire ordeal. I went into All Star Hyundai one Friday morning to check out a used 2017 Santa Fe that they had on their lot. My wife found it online and loved it. She asked me to go take a look at it. well my car is in the shop now took it this morning so I'm just praying they fix the recalled part, but through it all I've been there three times and they are really nice people, wouldn't take my car anywhere else

The cars are be driven by Management and the inside of the cars I look at was dirty. I didn’t want to touch the inside. The salesperson was not interested in selling cars.
