Ouch! My appointment was for 7 A.M., but intake was alful today. People who told me that their appointment was 7:30 or later were taken in before me. Service was extremely slow. Took more than 3 1/2 hours for oil change and filter. They also did a simple "recall" replacement. All in all,it was the worst experience, but since I have always received very good service, I decided to give a good rating in anticipation of return to quality service on on appointment.

Allstar sucks and hyundai is junk and service poor First we have a 2021 Hyundai Kona that at just over 5000 miles transmission went out took months of paying lease without having the vehicle and left up to us to find a ride even though still paying for it before repair was done! Here it is 16000 miles and in January the ac to heater knob broke off cheaply made got it to them to warranty in February they ordered part and finally months later the knob came in but two days earlier the ax drain tube wasn’t drawing out of the car... read more

Review An apparent Staff shortage meant longer wait for appointment and longer wait while car getting serviced. Waiting room was freezing. Salesperson said management controls the AC; and management is located far from Corsey, on Florida Blvd.

Great people! Rodney was amazing and he got me into the G70 I was DYING for. I started the process over the phone and he communicated with me throughout the day. The next morning I went in and finished up. He did a great job of keeping in communication and making me feel important over the phone despite the usual in and out customers.
