What an excellent experience I had with All Star Dodge Service Dept. they went above and beyond to insure my vehicle was diagnosed and fixed properly!
Terrbile customer service. They sale crap used vehicles that need hundreds of dollars in repairs, not covered by them in a 2 year old vehicle that I bought 6 months ago. They aren't good enough for my oil changes. The "proof" of inspection that I asked for is a lie. It claims it was even detailed before we got it and that's not true. Traveling through Amarillo, TX I stopped at All Star Dodge with a problem I was having with my Challenger. We pulled into the bay then proceeded to the service personnel. After some time had passed and no one even acknowledged us, we got in the car and left. Thank goodness the problem we were having didn’t disable the vehicle and we were able to continue traveling. I would not recommend All-Star Dodge at all. At some point I hope they realize how important customer service is.
Wasn’t impressed with service. Told them not to rotate tires and they did. They had the decency not to charge me for that. Was there for oil change and was there 3 hrs because of a couple of recalls also
We have had nothing but problems with the vehicle we purchased.
Went in on Saturday and picked up the F8 green charger they had. Thank you Brad and Joe for getting it done. They were good to work with and very friendly
