The service department rocks! I love both service advisors, Robert has been so helpful for the past 5 years, since I started taking my T&C and my Accent there. Now the sales staff......they were not "hungry" enough 5 years ago to take a woman serious, and therefore lost a big sale to a dealership in Fort Worth, who was extremely accommodating. Let's see if they can redeem themselves this time......... there ARE other dealerships who are highly motivated to make a sale, even to a woman 😂🤣😂. I guess we shall see 😆
Tony and I bought a Chrysler 300 last week from Allstar Dodge. The experience was way better than my expectation of "car shopping". We were treated courteously and our transaction was handled very quickly. All with whom we dealt from the sales team to the finance department were excellent. We love our car. We can't stop thinking up places to go!
We recently had to replace my wife's vehicle. James worked with us to get a 2012 Jeep Liberty. As with used vehicles, there were some things that needed attention. Some that I thought should been covered by warranty. We were able to get things fixed to my satisfaction. Don went out of his way to help. These are good people to do business with in spite of their goofy ads!
