Compre un jeep hace dos años Con una supuesta garantía y lo lleve a la agencia porque comenzó a tirar aceite y resulta que salieron con que no cubría la garantía porque tenía tierra y se había metido por eso estaba tirando aceite, que tenía que pagar $ 1600.00 que no se supone que el jeep es todo terreno como que porque tiene tierra tira aceite? Muy mal servicio para pelear por el cliente!! 😬

I have had my Ram and my Grand Cherokee in recently for recalls, they were both done quickly while I waited. The service department has been very proficient and friendly. Lorenzo is who I have scheduled with and has always given information requested about appointments, such as time it will take etc that way it makes it easy to plan for services.
