came in at 930 am for an inspection and tires and lights that werent done when I purchased the vehicle. on top of a negative sales experience only seeing my salesman one time throughout the entire process it took 5 hours to put tires on my vehicle. also if trading a vehicle in make sure they don't sell the trade in at an auction without having title in hand. definitely will not be giving them my business ever again. James was my salesman and was great to work with. Not pushy but was attentive to my questions. I hope the service dept. is just as attentive when the time comes.
They were able to put me in the car I wanted with affordable payments very awesome people to work with me on a deal.
Recently had my 2004 Jeep Rubicon in for some repairs. Robert Quilantan (service advisor) handle my situation with upmost professionalism. I’m pretty particular about who works on my Jeep. After the experience I had, I definitely will let the shop work on my Jeep if need be in the future. Also if in the future I decide to buy another Jeep, this will be the first place I’ll check out.
