If you are in the Baton Rouge area and need your car repaired stay away from All Star Chevrolet Baton Rouge! This has been by far the worst car repair experience ever!!! I was in a car accident late last year and went to this place to have my car repaired because Nissan didn't have a collision center. They worked in the front end of my car including replacing the grill, replacing the horn, painting, and other things. I go to pickup my truck and the horn is not working properl...Continue Reading

I started looking for a truck in the market and I visited their website. Bought my chevy from All Star Chevrolet back in September shortly after the flood. Even though I felt like the prices may have been higher than they should have been,, I still needed something down there and got the truck I wanted. That was back in september. My husband and I LOVE All Star chevy! We are from Jonesville, La and I had my heart set on an Armada. We drove to Baton Rouge and randomly pulled into All Star chevy! I told my awesome sales rep Tyiessha Franklin what I wanted. She got her manager to look at their inventory and they had one! A few hours later and we drove away with my dream car! Traded in a vehicle. This dealership decided to send off payoff for the vehicle I was purchasing instead of the vehicle I traded in. Vehicle that was traded then sat on their lot for a total of 3 months. Tried to redo paperwork twice as the dealership messed it up again. Then decided to take my car back after the third time. Fast forward two years the flood took the car. Now insurance and gap insurance will not pay for the time it's at on their lot. This worthless dealership refuses to give any compensation or any help.
