Horrible!!!! Spoke to salesmen on phone. Confirmed a price that was listed online because we were driving an hour away. When we arrived they said they didn't know where the price came from, kept us there for hours just to say the couldn't deal with us. Purchased at Bill Hood chevy in Covington for same price on a vehicle that had way more to offer and also offered more for trade it!!!! Stay away from Allstar!!! Wasted trip.

Service is a joke. Brought my vehicle in for two warranty items and got it back the next day with neither having been addressed. Advisors are poorly, if at all trained, and dont seem to care. This is the last Chevy I buy.

I just received a call from the alstar service department informing me that I was not to return to allstar for any other work on my 2015 chevrolet truck because I filled out a complaint about the poor Service on my visit.The service management told me they would not honor chevrolet warranty or work

Horrible customer service! They're so happy to deal with you if your buying a vehicle but God forbid you have to bring it in for any kind of servicing and nobody even wants to talk to you. Bought two trucks here and both had problems discovered once bought and they refuse to help. Not recommended.

service won't call you back. GM won't call you back. They want NOTHING to do with you if you have a problem even if you've been in with the same issue more than 3 times. FIND ANOTHER DEALERSHIP!!!

The service department is the worst. They've attempted to repair my car for two years and the "porter" had to inform them of what was the problem. Only after the back floor of my car is totally covered in mold due to the air conditioner leaking inside the car instead of outside. I had to make two ghost appointments to get service after my phone calls weren't returned by any service manager.
