Had the best experience with the purchase of an awesome 2017 Malibu. The sales people were courteous and really worked with me to ensure everything went smooth, and it did. Would recommend All Star Chevrolet to anyone and everyone. Keep up the good work.

I can't believe they don't like for you to drive up without having an appointment first. I've been to other dealers and they've always had a complimentary car wash these people have never heard of it. I will not be back to them again.

They did what they were supposed to do my car has had problems and although i dont like leaving my car anywhere they had it fixed and ready within two days, the service is indeed slow but being that i fix cars i understand what takes them so long so im patient... i haven't had a bad experience with this service department yet �

My husband and I have been doing business with All Star since 2009. Our salesman of choice is Bruce Davis. He has always gone above and beyond to help us with vehicle choice and price. We also use their service department and have always had good results. As of now, we have never had a bad experience with All Star. Many thanks to Bruce Davis. Excellent job.

It's a no for me. I've left a message with a few people in customer service to complain today. Waiting for a response. However I do not recommend and will not be buying or getting service done at any Allstar dealerships ever again and will make sure not to recommend them to anyone ever. There are too many choices for car service to deal with poor communication.

First thing I was told by both sales reps was they will work with me, as soon as they brought something that caught my attention the girl very coldly rejected my advance to work with the price. My mom and I both felt like they came off very cocky and blunt almost to the point of being rude. I feel like they need to practice what they preach because I've never dealt with salesmen that blunt and cold before it's like they weren't interested in helping me.
