My car buying experience from All Star Chevrolet Baton Rouge has been great! After my first vehicle purchase from All Star, there was no question who I trusted to go to for my second. From sales to service to management, they have shown their loyalty to me by being so willing to go above and beyond for anything I needed, and in return, they have made me a loyal customer! Everyone I encountered was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient for any questions I had. Very impressed with All Star Chevrolet Baton Rouge!

Sorry salesman..worst ever...will not return calls...didn't even wanna deal with us...bc we were doing a trade in..with 0 money down..just bc we dont have 20inch rims..and a flashy car...meant obviously that we were not entitled to get spoken to. Manager needed to call me!!

We purchased a vehicle from this dealership and the vehicle is great but overpriced. The service department needs improving. My tires only have just over 20000 miles on them and the tread is worn and there are wires coming out of the tires and no matter how much warranty or insurance coverage I have All Star says that they will not replace them. I will never purchase another vehicle from them again and I would advise any of you not to. They Suck.
The last time I was there the guy in the service department humiliated me. I will not be purchasing my next vehicle from any All Star dealership.

Last time coming here..worst service I've ever had. Not only did it take them a whole day (730 drop off...finished at 530) to replace a headlamp assembly, but they couldn't even follow such simple instructions as to keep the existing headlights (which were very expensive). Now I sit here for 35 minutes for them to fix the mistake and my truck is still sitting there nobody bringing it back to fix it. Who would have know to replace a headlight it's a 2 day job... only here! Pathetic!
Horrible customer! Salesmen just sitting around talking on there the cell phones. I had to ask for help. Don't waste you time with these lazy losers!

I walked into the dealership knowing what I wanted and came out with it, and at a good price to. I could even grab the door handle before a mr. Bruce the top sales guy opened it for me, helped me find s the right car and jumped thru every hoop imaginable to make it happen.
