This service department tried to take advantage of our daughter going to college at LSU. We are disgusted with the service department. Absolutely the worst experience with a chevy dealership ever. Why do you have to pay for a diagnostic check a second time when you were just there less than a month prior? Isn't that the purpose of the multi point inspection? $1600+ for breaks on a car with less than 50k miles. Absurd!

Always have gotten GREAT SERVICE and they even offered 2 bring me home and come back and pick me up so I wouldnt have 2 sit and wait to me they have rge GREATEST TEAM AND PEOPLE THERE!!!!
