Steve was awful. He was full of excuses about why he couldn't come and do the work at the promised/agreed times. His attention to detail was appalling. He left mess every time he came. He was clearly juggling other jobs and his accomplice was often "sick", had a "forgotten" dentist appointment one day meaning he didn't come until the end of the day (on his own) - He lied to Wren about when he had attended.
