Slightly frustrated this afternoon, I made an appointment over the phone last week for a tooth extraction today, after visiting earlier in the year for the initial visit. On the phone I was quoted £100.90 total, then I paid £50.90 deposit over the phone. I had the extraction today, went to pay the remaining balance of £50 and "Patty - Senior Dental Nurse" on reception informed me that I need to pay £129 and input the cost into the card reader. I have severe dental trauma and going to the dentist is terrifying for me. Elegant smiles were amazing, patient, professional, and kind. I actually looked forward to my appointments because I knew I was in good hands and they helped me a lot. I would recommend this dentist to anyone especially if you are scared of dentists.
I was a patient of Theo Visser who was the best dentist ever. After he retired I was reffered to Daisy Varley. I was very apprehensive but she has just sorted my teeth out and I have no issues with her. She has a lovely manner and the procedure was painless. I would highly recommend her and I am gutted that she too is leaving 😢 now what?
Required an emergency extraction and the whole team were great. From Martin in reception who got me an appoinment really quickly to the dental team who did their bit whilst simultaneously putting this very nervous patient at ease. Highly recommended.
Fantastic and dedicated team that really go above and beyond. The care I received from Ciro and Hollie during my Invisalign treatment was second to none. Super friendly and helpful and I'm so pleased with the results. Thoroughly recommend.
