My boiler broke and after a promising start I had high hopes. The office were lovely and the gas engineer at first was great. I was promised to have a quote for the work the following day (given this was during the cold weather I was hoping it would be fixed quickly). 2.5 weeks later I am still chasing for the quote or even a written report of the problem!
