"This was an emergency repair after the tenant's ceiling collapsed. The response was immediate to make the area watertight and work commenced within days, As always, the work was of a very high standard and completed in record time. Don’t be fooled by their professional and glossy website. This company is totally unreliable and did not complete the work to an acceptable standard. Commissioned to do work in October 2024 they naturally took a deposit. However it took them until February 2025 to undertake the work but only after many exchanges and false starts. Unfortunately the work undertaken was both shoddy and of a poor standard. They also quoted for work they did not complete. Had a roofing job that needed doing ...felt .battens .slate ...as roof leaking ..all seasons .roofing took the job ...what a job it was ..when all removed ..all wood in roof was rotten .from wallplate up to ridge ..all wood replaced..wall plate replaced.ridge line replaced ..the sandstone ridge tiles that had failed.replaced . ..while roof off I had the chimney lowered ..aerial removed..the team arrived.
