We booked All Leak Detection Limited for an early afternoon appointment on 17 December. The engineer did not arrive until after 7:30pm. We were told the written report would be issued within 3 to 5 days, however payment was demanded in full before the report would be provided. Over a month later, no report has been received. Despite multiple follow ups, we have been given various excuses, but no clear timeline or resolution. An engineer came to our house on the same day and stuck with us until he found 3 separate leaks working late every day so that we would not be stuck. Great service, very friendly and would highly recommend
