Tom came initially to take measurements, and then Graham attended to doublecheck before my order was placed. I waited more or less the exact time they advised, and then Graham attended to fit my blinds. They are superb. Graham is a tidy and respectful worker, and very good at his job. I would 100% recommend everyone here, and very competitive cost wise.
We had our measurements and quote done by Tom, after personally going into the shop and selecting the blinds we wanted. On the day of the fitting, Stuart arrived on time and worked very quick. He left the house clean, was a pleasure to chat to and very professional. I’m very happy with how the blinds look and how the company managed the whole process. I had my blinds and shutters done with Tom and I can’t describe how happy and grateful I am ! I absolutely love them and I wish I had them done long ago! I have used the Epping branch of this and I g company. They are prompt and efficient and reasonable in their pricing. The staff have been polite and so helpful. Especially Tom who I dealt with mostly. What a credit to All kinds of blinds. Highly recommend.
From the initial consultation all the way through to installation of my Venetian blinds I couldn’t be any more satisfied with the friendly and efficient customer service. Special shout out to Tom (surveyor) who delivered outstanding service and Robert who expertly installed the blinds.
