By far the worst thing I've ever bought online. I assumed that if it was intended to fit a Trane air handler it would be notched to fit correctly and tightly in the filter frame in my Trane. Instead it is just cut on an angle so instead of a proper tight fit you have all that air able to move past the filter. The pleats are uneven, the filter material is cut raggedly and the entire thing is flimsy and ready to fall apart. This is absolute pure junk. Outdated shipping policies posted on their site led me to wasting hours of my time trying to place an order. Customer Service was very robotic - steer clear.

This has deceit written all over it. I hope someone investigates. I ordered MERV11 filters. Received a box from them without paperwork, without wrapper, without identification other than size on filters. They were loosely packaged in box. 1. There wasn't a sales receipt or manifest paper with order details. 2. On the website, the MERV11 picture has red (wrapper) identifying it as opposed to the MERV9 & MERV13, so I assumed these would come as advertised distinguishing them to the others, they did not. 3. All filters Website suggested the wrong filters. In order to get my refund I must pay for return shipping. Filters must be sent back within 5 days. Expedited Shipping costs exceed or come close to the price of filter. If not you have paid for the wrong filters and the cost to return them. The consumer is out and the company does not care.

I ordered furnace filters from All Filters and entered the same size 16x25x4 which is the size my furnace requires. I have purchased these filters from other stores and outlets and have never had the problem I had with All Filters. The filters All Filters sent me were noticeable smaller than my filter even though the replacement # 16x25x4 was imprinted on the side of their filters. The are TOO SMALL for my furnace. This company has deplorable business practices. They have sent me a product that was different from what I ordered directly from their website. Their customer service refused to take any corrective action. They did not make any attempt other than sending me their return policy that basically gave no hope in correcting this situation. I have never done business with a company this bad. I ordered a whole carton of water filters that I cannot use. Their customer service suck and they don’t give correct information. Then they don’t even refund you for their mistakes.
