I received my order on time. Product is as described. I purchased merv 13 filters for health reasons. The box arrived open and several of the filters had what appears to be dirt on them . I suggest better tape. I was disappointed.

**************** is terrible. I ordered what I thought was the correct filter size but in actuality the filter I needed was smaller (actual size vs listed size). The customer service team says I should have read the fine print and the best they can do is to offer a 50% discount on my new order which I begrudgingly accepted (I had already placed the replacement order before I found out I was not getting a refund). I do not recommend this company and will not be shopping there in the future.
