I called customer service and talked with them for over 15 minutes attempting to resolve the problem. This company placed obstacles in my way and when I persisted towards resolution which they verbally agreed to, they then sent an email completely abridging the problem and the agreement. "I suspect these filters are counterfeits from China and not OEM as advertised. I purchased 2 OEM Samsung Da29-00020b filters in mid January 2020. After about a week, I started hearing a loud knocking, jackhammer like sound when dispensing water. I spoke with AllFilters and they suggested I remove and replace the filter and then dispense 3 gallons of water to clear any air from the lines even though I had done this when first installing the filter. I see now that this is a common problem with All Filters and will not be using them again. It has been 9 business days since I ordered a Whirlpool fridge filter and it has not arrived. Tracking status updates stopped and live chat was useless since they only gave me the tracking information I already had. Requested a refund as of today 2/27/2020 and we will see how long that takes.
Avoid this company like the plague. I ordered 3 filters for my ice maker. The new ice maker made one batch then stopped. It took 4 trips over 2 months for the repairman to determine that it was a defective filter not the ice maker. All Filter wants me to pay the return shipping and will only credit me for one filter because I purchased them over 30 days ago.
Promised discount did work still waiting on purchase after 10 days
I ordered a water filter two weeks later I received an email from DHL that the item was missed shipped. I contacted oil filters and they instructed me the only way to have it shipped again was to email them even though I did not have a computer they insisted this was the only way to get it re-shipped. I asked for a refund and they denied me. I finally was able to send them the email and I got a response that it would be reshipped. We are very sorry to hear that your experience was less than satisfactory. Upon further checking, your order has been delivered as of 11/30/19. Please be advised that once the package leaves our warehouse, we are at the mercy of the carrier to make sure that it is delivered on time. Unfortunately, though we shipped your order on time, there are some factors which may cause delay and we do not have control over the carrier's schedule and activity.
I ordered filters from them on May 20th. No where did I see they were out of stock. Called on June 13th and was told they were on back order and they would be shipped on the 15th. Today is the 25th of June I still do not have my filters. It says they will be here on the 27th. Customer Service agent will not connect me with her boss.

This is stated on the product page, the final confirmation page and in the email sent to you once the order was submitted. This order was shipped on the same day we received the product and we emailed a tracking number. Again, we are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
Company will not send new sealed water filters, when contacted about an exchange of one I received that was used I got the run around for 12 days, and counting since I have yet to get this resolved! Very unprofessional and dirty products

Our customer emailed us to let us know that they weren't happy with the condition of the filter. After reviewing a picture of the filter, it appeared to be brand new with very slight damage to the filter box but no damage to the filter itself. In spite of that, we offered to process a return or exchange with the customer.
