Do not do business with this company. My product was damaged and I sent a picture as well as the order number. They said I they could not refund me without a picture of the shipping box. A very ridiculous ask of the customer. It felt like they purposely sent bad product knowing most people don’t save the shipping box. Save yourself the headache and order product from another company.
Do not use this company. They sent me the wrong size filters and wouldn't let me return them even those they sent me the wrong size.
Avoid At all Costs! Please just spend a little extra and go to *****or **** *****. I made the HUGE mistake of purchasing from All Filters LLC and now I'm out $100.00 that I can not afford. They flatly refuse to refund my money. I live in Northern California, which has been hard hit by the wild fires. They said they ship products or next day. Took three weeks to arrive. When the product finally arrived the air filters had this horrible smell to them!
Horrible experience with ALL FILTERS. I'm reading reviews with a similar experience to mine on this site. I purchased what what supposed to be an OEM filter for my LG refrigerator. The filter however did not fit and leaked everywhere. I promptly contacted allfilter to return it paid 15 DOLLARS IN TRACKING (AS THEY DEMANDED) in shipping since they refused to take back a product that didn't have a tracking label. I called customer service and talked with them for over 15 minutes attempting to resolve the problem. This company placed obstacles in my way and when I persisted towards resolution which they verbally agreed to, they then sent an email completely abridging the problem and the agreement. "I suspect these filters are counterfeits from China and not OEM as advertised. I purchased 2 OEM Samsung Da29-00020b filters in mid January 2020. After about a week, I started hearing a loud knocking, jackhammer like sound when dispensing water. I spoke with AllFilters and they suggested I remove and replace the filter and then dispense 3 gallons of water to clear any air from the lines even though I had done this when first installing the filter. Occasionally, noise can happen when a filter is first installed, but the noise should go away after discarding the first 3-4 gallons. Have you discarded the first 3-4 gallons already? I see now that this is a common problem with All Filters and will not be using them again. It has been 9 business days since I ordered a Whirlpool fridge filter and it has not arrived. Tracking status updates stopped and live chat was useless since they only gave me the tracking information I already had. Requested a refund as of today 2/27/2020 and we will see how long that takes.
Avoid this company like the plague. I ordered 3 filters for my ice maker. The new ice maker made one batch then stopped. It took 4 trips over 2 months for the repairman to determine that it was a defective filter not the ice maker. All Filter wants me to pay the return shipping and will only credit me for one filter because I purchased them over 30 days ago.
