I first met Karen many years ago when she was just starting out on her new adventure. At the time I was extremely impressed with her knowledge and understanding of everything related to hearing and the ways to improve my significant hearing loss. At the time I didn’t proceed with any hearing aids. I cannot fault the care and attention given by All About Hearing at Gilmour Piper. After finding difficulty with a past hearing aid, my hearing was thoroughly assessed and I was advised what would be best for me. The attention to detail and my well being was second to none. I can highly recommend AAH......excellent care.
Fantastic! I cannot commend All About Hearing enough. Family & friends had long been encouraging me to get my hearing tested. I had persistently rejected suggestions, mostly on the (silly) grounds of vanity. Karen and her team quickly identified the shortcomings of my hearing, but then spent significant time, patience and care in showing me the benefits of hearing aids and helping me to choose the right ones for me. Karen and her team have helped mum with her hearing which was really very poor before their help. She's delighted with her new aids as are we! The service is second to none - highly recommend.
