Lift Service Following 3 years of problems with other lift servicing providers, Aline have restored our faith in the industry. Our lift has been restored to working state within a matter of hours. The team communicated well and worked hard whilst on site to ensure the lift was in service for a large event being held at the weekend. They have advised the ongoing requirements clearly and restored communication between ourselves and the manufacturer.

Called in to look at wheelchairs. On entry there was a wheelchair out so we looked at this. The woman behind the counter scurried out and informed us brusquely this was a customer's chair. We apologised and said to her we were looking for a wheelchair. She pointed to where they were in the shop and did not offer any help, support, advice and most tellingly any human warmth at all. Excellent pricing compared to their competitors. Postage was very prompt albeit a small hiccup on my end with a missed delivery, but a quick call to Aline who followed up with the couriers and confirmed the location of the parcel. Brilliant customer service. Highly recommend

Excellent customer service. Speedy repair to the mobility scooter. This is the second time that l have used their repair service. Their costs are very reasonable and you can drop off and pick up at the shops in St Helens and Widnes. There is no charge for this. The shop assistants are very helpful.

Called the shop to get the arm of my scooter repaired or replaced. They fully understood the situation and knew somebody who could help. The charged me a very reasonable, affordable price and I've just had it delivered today. I am so pleased with the job. I highly recommend Aline Mobility, their staff are courteous and professional and do their utmost to help, thank you.
