I had the most wonderful reiki and crystal healing session with Abi. It was really nice to meet Abi and chat through the session beforehand, Abi clearly explained what would happen which was really helpful as I wasn’t fully sure what to expect and it really helped me to relax. Afterwards Abi went through what had come up and gave a thorough explanation which I found really interesting and accurate. I went to one of Abi's meditation classes which was clearly very considered and well held. Abi has a very gentle and informative approach and invited people to make the class their own (e.g. sitting on a chair, or lying on the floor, being present and inviting enquiry after each short meditation). At the end of the session she invited individuals to chose a affirmation card to take with them into the week which was a very generous and lovely touch. I would highly recommend the monthly moon meditations of hers in Gamlingay.
I highly recommend Align Wellbeing in Gamlingay. I have had reiki healing twice in her beautiful, calming, garden cabin, the second time with crystals. I found Abi after feeling I needed to shift some negative energy and hoped reiki could help. I have anxiety, ADHD and a few years on from a cancer diagnosis, which I was open with Abi about.
