Alice is great for relaxation. She sets the scene nicely with tribal music, an essential oil diffuser and uses different essential oils throughout the session. Her touch is not too firm, but neither to soft (I assume this will vary to each person’s preference) so I felt that I could relax whilst also “feeling” as though I was being “worked”. Thank you Alice

Alice has healing hands! The massage targeted knots throughout my body aiming to move the stored energy (and emotion). I went in feeling burnt out and left feeling refreshed- highly recommend.
I was really pleased with my session with Alice. I left feeling very grounded and calm. I found she skilfully worked between my muscles and fascia, and found her feedback on where I held my tension really useful to know. The sound bath at the end was lovely and helped the session feel like a complete journey.
