This company was recommended by a friend who had a wonderful experience moving with them to Portugal with them in 2022. Sadly my experience was nothing like hers. They were unresponsive and the price was almost double their nearest competitor. I first reached out in mid February. I tried these guys - tried to steal a couple of bikes, broke some pictures. They gave the soap story that things were lost - but they found them amazingly when I chased them. Not to be trusted.

They were very helpful, but the fact of the matter is that they no longer can provide the service for shop in UK and deliver to Algarve due to the Brexit deal. It's a shame, was a great service, now ended.
