Didn’t even label an important and urgent blood test so it couldn’t be used. Wasted mine and the consultants time as no results were available at the appointment causing delays and more stress waiting.

Excellent - receptionist friendly and helpful, no wait at all for the nurse today, couldn't ask for a better experience.
Worst surgery I've seen in UK so far. If you're not 70+ and dying you WILL be ignored. Only for people with really good health (and no job).
