Ten months into our new home we finally got the windows cleaned. Neighbours couldn’t recommend anybody so we tried Alfresco and got lucky. Helpful and responsive managers/administrators, clear pricing structure, regular communication and updates including a text when the cleaner is ten minutes away. Robert got the tough end of ten months grime but did a great job restoring panes and frames to a near pristine state…helpful and friendly throughout. Looking forward to regular six week cleans at last…highly recommended.
Excellent service from the company. Very efficient and friendly "onboarding" by Alice so I was set up on their system for regular 6 weekly visits, and Robert was brilliant - friendly, knowledgeable and professional, he went "above and beyond", for my first clean, transforming the outside of a velux skylight that I haven't been able to reach for years.
Excellent team, quick to respond to enquiry and appointment swiftly sorted. Chaps who undertook cleaning of my sun room were very efficient and made a great job. No more spiders, flies or cobwebs - for as while at least! Job completed much quicker than anticipated.
Great window clean by Curtis today, attention to detail & care of property. Excellent communication, great service. Quarterly window clean service means the windows are always fabulous and I don’t have to spare the time to do them.
Today was our first appointment with Alfresco at 10.15. Mike was at the front door at exactly 10.15. The windows and doors look spotless and communication has been excellent.
