Our experience with purchasing our vehicle was fantastic. Our transaction with Chris was by far the easiest and best car buying experience we've ever had. Actually went in with a frienda while back. Nice clean dealership and overall the people seemed to want to help my friend I was with. There was one thing I found bothersome and thought it was just me until another friend noticed the same thing. I think you should dress for the job you have not the one you want. I don't care to see females with their shirts too tight and cleavage hanging out. I have seen several negative reviews about Alford Motors but I have to say, they have been great to us! I bought my car a year ago & on December 16, I ran through a water puddle on my way to school (yes, a water puddle!), and my car stalled! My car sat at a dealer in Many for over a week & they still hadn't looked @ my car. I had my car towed to Alford motors & they put us in a loaner right then & looked at my car within a few days. I would definitely come back and buy another vehicle from this dealership. Whitney the salesman was excellent , he was courteous and very professional. I have bought many cars in my lifetime and this by far was one of the best experience. Also want to thank Kandi in the finance department she was also very professional and made the process painless.
