Do not trust the used sales department. We were working a deal with salesman (Lou) and had an agreement. He assured us it was good and he had the keys on his desk. We were signing papers with bank when he called and said manager sold it out from under him. I spoke with manager Chris and he had a different story. Wife was devastated. Thank you Alford!
Over 30 years of moving around the United States with the Army, we never had a better vehicle buying experience. The sales people at Alford Motors are excellent at helping you buy a new vehicle. Even after we moved states away they helped us buy a vehicle from another dealership. Alford Motors is an excellent dealership for the military person looking to buy a car, truck, or SUV.
This place is trash. Do not waste your time stopping there. The only chevy dealership that's close enough to look at models. Once the "sales guy" heard about the situation on the table with me and he basically wrote me off right there. It seems like he is only interested in the simple easy sales not willing to work with anybody. I would say it's worth the drive to a different chevy if you want one.
Awful customer service. They definitely did not care about what we wanted. And did not wanna take their time to help us. �
