This place is a joke, the ONLY Chevy/GMC dealership in town. Ill NEVER buy a OVERPRICED vehicle from them or use the service department. I looked there for my avalanche and it would of took them 2-3 weeks to get it in the color i wanted (Burnt Orange), I drove to Shreveport and saved over $6000.00 and got my truck the same day.

Just pulled in to check out the trucks and not one salesperson decided to come and greet us or help us. They just stared at us from their glass house. Talk about a no pressure sales tatic. It worked, so I'll take my money elsewhere.
I don't know about the rest of the sales people but one, Whitney Wise, I felt went above and beyond what he needed to to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted at a middle price for us both. Even getting down in slacks to take off a front play plate that I did t want there and making sure I had a vehicle for the day while my detail got finished. If all sales men were like this then Alford wouldn't have any motors to sell.
Went there to trade my truck in, they matched the price that another dealership was offering plus hooked me up with 16% under msrp. If you are looking for a first car or to fix your mess up on a previous deal with some other dealer then go see Paul! Defiantly happy with my car and the monthly notes. Very very helpful!!!
Had a great experience with them. I can not say enough about Wayne Trotter. I would recommend anyone and everyone to go see him if you are looking for a new vehicle.
