I bought my first car from Alford 10 years ago. Pleasant experience. My daughter just had a baby in April and needed a car, so my first thought was Alford. We didn’t have a lot of money, so when they posted a car for 2900, I jumped at it. Surely, they had their service department look it over before selling, right? WRONG! Apparently, i was sold a “wholesale car”. Had this supposedly “sound” car for about a month now and my mechanic is telling me we probably need a new transmission. All day they were supposed to bring me a rental I’m stuck here at work at 7pm waiting for a car. They went home. Do I have to sleep here? I spoke to a supervisor who promised to call me back, yet still here I sit in tears

We came in just browsing and ended up with a truck in our price range! I highly suggest going here! We ran into a issue with our truck and they fixed it it’s no issue! They even made our children as comfortable as they could while we sorted out what we wanted to do! Wayne was very understanding and VERY helpful to find our needs! We plan on going back for a another car later in the future!!
