Mechanics are shady . Misdiagnosed a broken motor mount and when I went in for a cylinder one misfire I checked on that spark plug and it wasn’t even installed properly , I took the spark plug out by hand . If you value your vehicle I wouldn’t take it here
No, I do not recommend Alford's! Let me tell you why....My mother, who happens to be an elderly widowed lady on a fixed income, went to Alford Motors on the 28th of December to look for a much needed vehicle. She talked with Salesmen Lou Moses and found a car that sparked her interest. She gave them a check for $800 for a down payment. RecommendedMy husband and I can’t recommend Alford Motors enough. We drove 3 hours (one way) to purchase our truck from them. Dustin King was absolutely amazing! We had specific things we needed, and wanted, talked to him about them and within a day he found the perfect truck for us. Our transaction was seamless. We will be returning for all future vehicle purchases.
Highly recommend Alford for service work and detailing! We’ve been coming for over two years now and they’ve always been fair, prompt, and thorough. And they have a shuttle service so you don’t have to wait at the dealership while work is being done. Mrs. Billie was the sweetest driver!!

Family owned dealership that is highly trustworthy and attentive to customer needs. Service department is very timely and accommodating, sales department is very professional, and there is always clear communication between the salesperson and the customer. This dealership goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience and I highly recommend!
They were very friendly all staff was very pleasant very helpful they took their time and helping us not rushing us into other vehicles helping us find a vehicle in our price range not pushing into vehicles we could not afford going to Alford in Leesville I would definitely recommend asking for Dustin King
