I tried to get a car with them i almost made the worst mistake of my life things were shady with the deal only seemed to gt screwed around older car i was getting charged like it was a new vehicle and that scratch off they sending out is a scam to get you to come in for a vehicle and a 5 dollar ticket

Terrible customers service. The lady there is so rude. Willl never have anything to do with Alford nor will I send anyone there. Lady pretty much said they wouldn't work on our car cause they didn't do that work on my car which is a lie cause I have someone going to be doing that same thing soon place is flipping joke lol.
