This company is outstanding. Incredibly quick turnaround without which our father would not have been able to be discharged from hospital. The quality of the work is excellent and the lift itself looks good and is easy to operate. Highly recommend.
Alfix fitted me a stairlift last year, I was very satisfied with their customer service when they did this work and they were polite and quick to respond. I chose them specifically because they told me they’d remove the stairlift and buy it back when I no longer needed it. I had some issues getting a response to come and remove the stairlift but they did do this in the end, and left everything very neat and tidy with no lasting damage to the carpet. Happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a stairlift
My dads stairlift had failed completely. I called Brian and he was so helpful and sorted the problem quickly. Will definitely highly recommend Alfix to anyone who needs any help or has a problem with their stairlift. Brian, thankyou so much for your help and expertise. 😊👍🏻
