In November 1964, Inspired by the people of Rolla, Alex Kallas and his wife Froso Kallas chose the location for his restaurant. He believed here in Rolla there was something special about the people, the town, and how he could be part of it. As the years pased Alex's Pizza Palace became part of Rolla, a tradition, and a famous spot that contains many memories and a part of this history of the city. Now when poeple come back to Rolla, they always have an Alex's Pizza.

i do like alex's Pizza grew up in rolla eating it on a regular basis. i give this criticism as constructive hope it is taken that way i moved away several years ago and was back this weekend and wanted alex's and always ate their gyros, was very disappointed this weekend in the quality of the sandwich. the gyro meat tasted like regular beef and it was overdone and dry. i don't know as the prices go up the quality at least of this sandwich has gone down. pizza was very good. once again i hope you take this criticism as constr... read more

🍕🍺 Not your average pizza. Only one word needed "AWESOME". I first tried it in June 2019. Being from St. Louis I was always impartial to Imo's pizza and toasted ravioli. After moving to West Plains I am now impartial to my sister's cooking, and Alex's Pizza House (my brother-in-law makes an excellent pizza also) And ironically, there is an Imo's in Rolla.

Enjoyed the Gyro I ate and my family ate the pizza and my boys are picky eaters.
Brick oven pizza - amazing!! Got some fries to go with it & they were good, too.
