In November 1964, Inspired by the people of Rolla, Alex Kallas and his wife Froso Kallas chose the location for his restaurant. He believed here in Rolla there was something special about the people, the town, and how he could be part of it. As the years pased Alex's Pizza Palace became part of Rolla, a tradition, and a famous spot that contains many memories and a part of this history of the city. Now when poeple come back to Rolla, they always have an Alex's Pizza.

We both had a Greek salad with our entree. We both had the Mediterranean pesto pasta! It was divine! So much food we will both eat a couple more times for sure!! We will be back soon!!
