In November 1964, Inspired by the people of Rolla, Alex Kallas and his wife Froso Kallas chose the location for his restaurant. He believed here in Rolla there was something special about the people, the town, and how he could be part of it. As the years pased Alex's Pizza Palace became part of Rolla, a tradition, and a famous spot that contains many memories and a part of this history of the city. Now when poeple come back to Rolla, they always have an Alex's Pizza.

First off, when you walk into Alex’s it’s a foyer narrow and uphill. Then you open the door to such an aroma that will send your senses into overdrive. Their menu is not too extensive, Greek themed and some Italian favorites as well. Although I wouldn’t recommend them stick with the traditional Greek food here as will be fresh and delicious. Their hand-tossed-twisted-edge-crust is really good! Add to it their own sauce! Yummy pizza!
RecommendedWe tried Alex's for the first time traveling through town and are so glad we did. Service was great. Food was yum! I highly recommend eating here.

Great food and service, always clean
We love to go to Alex’s. The atmosphere is nice, customer service is great and we have never had bad food. The pizza is fantastic, so it’s hard to talk us into trying other menu items. This weekend we did and my gyro was delicious and my husband enjoyed his chicken parm. It’s always busy, so waiting a little longer is expected, the staff kept our drinks full and checked on us regularly. Only complaint is that I didn’t order a pizza to go 🤪😇
Absolutely inedible salad and ice cold pizza delivered an hour and a half after ordering it.
