We were there nearly 3 1/2 hours before my husband was seen. Due to his new ACA insurance he had to go here or one of their immediate Care facilities, which of course are closed on weekends. Just a suggestion, maybe if one or two of those were open on the weekend (especially during flu season) maybe weight time wouldn't exceed 3 + hours. And now we get hit with a 50% bill for ER instead of immediate care. Thanks Alexian Brothers

Horrible! Came in to the ER found out needed my appendix removed it was infected. Instead of taking me in right away for surgery they had me wait for 12 hours. They put me in the 5th floor which was a pediatric floor without the right amount of pain medication because Doctor was unable to be reached to approve heavier dosage. No available doctor on the floor. Nurse name Tanya was horrible she lacked common sense. Avoid coming here!

I am not only an employee but a loyal patient. Awesome nurses and Techs who truly love what they do. I drive over 30 miles to get to work and also to seek medical treatment because Alexian Brothers is wonderful!
