When I got there they seen me right away. They were very helpful and nice. Overall my experience there was good
Great hospital and the doctors and all staff are kind, friendly and professional.
The staff were good once we actually got to see someone. Came in at 1:30 am with a child having trouble breathing due to Croup. Took them 1 1/2 hour of us sitting in the mostly empty waiting room to have someone come out and take a chest X-ray then they put us back out in the waiting room for another hour before we were able to get into the ER to have my Son looked at. Fantastic service fantastic doctors but you'll be waiting a long time before the doctor see you but we be waiting so long before we can get in if your appointment was at 10:15 didn't get you into it 1115 1130 what's the point to make a making appointment if it's never on time to take that patient in y'all need to fix that problem because if I was late you all have been talking so much crap and tell me I have to reschedule I wouldn't want to go back to that hospital anymore all this at dr. I like the fact,that when one person trying to treat my sister and me wrong, another person make us feel better, by sending use to the right direction,when one coworkers seen how he treats us,he stepped in
the staff was so nice. im glad i decided to come here vs go to my usual E.R. unfortunately i lost an item in the hospital during my stay. posting it here with hopes of progress. i lost a stuffed animal shark. a little blue and white fella.
