The ER is the worse because every time I go into the ER they stick me in the corner room and they are very unattentive. I've had better service at centegra. My daughter went there and got awesome care. When she went to alexian brothers they basically neglected her. She could of avoided her trip to centegra had they paid more attention to her complaints on a pyor visit. She ended up having lung surgery at centegra because of numerous visits about the same problem to alexian. Some of the doctor there are not very good doctors ... read more

Why is it impossible to contact anyone at this hospital? Everyone leads to a voicemail box. I have a HUGE problem and nobody can get back to me. You're not treating a condition. You ignore patients. And your doctors and nurses treat everyone as if they're below them. Is this why everyone complains about healthcare in America? Is Alexian Brothers just the best candidate of "hey look at the shitty health system" we have? Where when you have patients with problems you lie to them and kick them out the door? Belittle them. I can't say being in the hospital is ever an enjoyable experience, but ABMC makes it as close as possible that it can to being an enjoyable experience. They treat your body and they treat your soul! An overall healing experience!
