I phoned this morning to get appointment because I'm type 2 diabetes keep telling me to filling a online form all the time but I have learning disability and struggling to fill in stuff need it out phoned them this morning about my ear problems I have got to wait until 4 Feb not good enough
Great appointment times, shame about some of the doctors just had to apply for a sick note, was berated on the phone (I have a few disabilities) and made to feel stupid for not being able tomget a job (jobs in this area are terrible, and don't have toe experience/ ability to do them) ended up crying afterwards because they made me feel so stupid, would not recommend
Had terrible experience with this surgery the receptionist was patronising,had to get her manager on the phone to try and sort it. Then had to get my Cancer hospital nurse to call the next day and get me appointment (which she did) the same afternoon. First lady was so unhelpful
