I had a horrible experience when I inquired about a rental property. The man I spoke to over the phone was incredibly rude and kept repeating, “I don’t understand,” in a mocking tone even after I clearly explained myself. This Estate agent is absolutely terrible. They have no manners. His name is Shahram Irvani. I was interested in a property. He was replying to me like “ are you interested or what”? And saying comments like “ do you even know what a pub is”. When I told him can you please with a better tone and manners he ended the phone. it’s absolutely ridiculous when they have genuine customers interested in a property and this is how they are treating them. Very unprofessional , very unreliable. Not trustworthy at all . I rented a property via alexandra park through ricky ( as the agent ). This gentleman had asked me to pay electricity bills without having proof of the electricity bill itself. He just sent me a number via email and asked me to pay. That's not how things work. When I asked for the meter reading he didnt not want to send. After pleading with him, he sent me a calculation of the bill. I initially worked with Ricky to rent out my 3 bed townhouse in Rayners Lane. He found me the perfect tenant at a good market rate with zero hassle. 2 years later I asked him to sell my house, which again he did a great job. He found me 4 buyers in the first 3 weeks. Completed the sale 6 weeks ater we put it on the market. I highly recommend.
