Been coming here for about a year now! Amazing Doc , amazing staff, amazing everything! Place is very clean. They even do blood draws on site and have it sent to the lab !
I was really disappointed with my visit. The doctor was rushing through the appointment and barely made any eye contact. There is always a long wait.

I have called, left messages and emailed many times for a simple form that I have been patiently waiting for almost two months now and if i don't get it before the end of this month then I lose out on benefits. They kept telling me they will but they haven't. I don't have time for this. I am thinking about changing my doctor. This is extremely frustrating.
