Kieron and his team were absolutely brilliant. He was able to fit us in with only one weeks notice, he dropped boxes, paper and tape round the day after we booked in with him. On move day they arrived promptly with a team of 5 and worked non stop, loading up the vehicle, covering and protecting our tables etc ensuring all our belongings were taken care of. fantastic removal company fitted us in at very short notice arrived on time and got stuck in straight away. nothing was a problem to them very polite and happy to do whatever was needed to. move us. we were moving over two hours away by the time we got there and they had unloaded, asking us where to put everything it was 7.00pm before they were finished,all the time with a smile on their faces. Despite numerous requests for this company and the director to have postal forwarding and update their address, we still get lots of post sent to our house (the previous registered address). I have been doing return to sender for 5 months now and have called the company lots of times. Lots of empty promises. We still get letters most days and the letters look important (including ones from Hmrc and what appear to be debt collection letters). Admin cant seem to get this sorted. Moved locally, 5* service start to finish. Made sure all furniture was where I wanted it in the room before they left! Came with all the protective equipment. Very impressed
