We are winter visitors and had a recall issue. I called, got the appointment, had a ride home and when it was done I was picked up and returned to the dealership....all very timely, and most pleasant drivers. Very good experience.
I bought our Toyota at Hiland Toyota in Moline, Illinois. Ever since we moved to Yuma, Arizona I have had all my service work done at Alexander Toyota. They took care of all my extended warranty work (the little I had to have done) plus all of my regular maintenance work. They have always done excellent work in my opinion plus always washed the vehicle when they were done with the maintenance work. Excellent service department! I have been a customer for years. I always request Nick Blank as my service advisor. Nick goes out if his way to please Alexander's customers.
