I just purchased a 2017 Toyota Tacoma from Jose Garaby. At 1st I built by truck through the corporate website because I had previous experience with Alexander and was way less the satisfied with their Management. I gave them one more chance to sell me a new vehicle Hats off to Jose and Tim of the finance department making me very happy with my treatment and purchase
Took my 2007 Toyota Yaris to the service department on a Friday and they found that the motor on the air conditioner needed to be replaced. I took it in when the part came in and Jose Zavala was very helpful. He asked if I needed the shuttle, I asked him how long it would take and he said about an hour. Within an hour he came and told me my car was ready and washed! Thank you Jose and the Toyota team for a job well done!
Took my Toyota Sienna to Alexander Toyota last week with a "vehicle starting issue". We asked for the whole diagnostic but it was determined the issue was more simplified and didn't price gouge us to conduct an unneeded cost of the diagnostic. Thanks guys for looking out for the customers best interest. Definitely coming back again for services to my vehicles at Alexander Toyota.
