I made an appointment online for a 10k service on a Saturday at 2:30. When I arrived, I was told they close at 3 and they could not honor the appointment. It must have been a glitch in the online system is what I was told. This is not the first time I have had bad customer service with this dealership. Very disappointed...

I went to Alexander Toyota and talked to Alex Luna... I bought a Camry and he got me a really good deal on it... The experience was great as a first time buyer from Toyota... Alex and crew were very helpful and knowledgeable about their product... Also had some work done in the service dept... Had a great experience at this dealership. Kolby was a great salesmen. He got us what RAV4 we wanted from out of town in a timely manner and showed us all the gadgets that are featured in the vehicle. Highly recommend him and this establishment
Rral poor experience with the finance people. asked for loan to be held by toyota financia services as I had a previous loan with them and a 740 credit score, they contstantly replied it would be no problem, but two weeks later they placed with a Calif. company called bank of the west.........Lied to me for two weeks and then did what then wanted . if you have had a bad experience, please contact me at mytoyotaexperiance@gmail.com looking into a class action against thie dealership
