I will retract my previous review because Hector from sales was extremely apologetic when I picked up the truck today. He explained the situation - I understand that misunderstandings will happen and Im grateful that he was able to show me the empathy I was expecting from your company. My appointment has been reschedule and I'm looking forward to having my windows tinted. Waiting in the lobby for almost 3 hrs when you had an appointment for service not the way to retain customers. Next time I rather drive 3 hours and get it service elsewhere.
